1) Legal conditions for purchasing on Alisima.com

These legal contracting conditions regulate the use of the online store of the website  www.alisima.com , for which  Nitrostar Ltd  , henceforth,  Alisima , is legally responsible.


2) Applicable regulations.

This electronic contract is covered under Spanish regulations and specifically under Law 34/2002 on Services of Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE) and General Law 03/2014 for the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU).

The electronic contract will not be filed by a third party. These general conditions may be saved and reproduced at any time by the user who makes a purchase through their internet browser, and must be accepted before proceeding with the payment of the order.


3) Purchase Process.

Buying at  Alisima  is easy and simple, you just have to follow the following steps:

1º.-  Select the products you wish to purchase from among those offered by Alisima . In the product description you have all the necessary information and we are happy to supply any additional information if you have any questions. 

2º.-  Once you have selected the product (s) you wish to buy, you must press the "Add to Cart" button, and the product will be added into your shopping cart. If you wish, you can continue adding more products to the cart, or proceed directly to payment.

3º.-  Once the selection of products is concluded, a summary will appear identifying the selected items. Finally, to continue with your order, you must press the "Finish Order" button.

4º.-  At the end of your purchase, you must register your contact information and address. In any future purchases you will not have to enter your details again.

5º.-  Finally, you must choose the method of payment from among those offered by  Alisima  (see section 4).

6º.-  Once the order process has been completed,  Alisima  will send you an email with details of your order. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, or if you notice any errors in the data entered, contact us by any of the following means:

4) Payment methods.

Alisima has various payment methods to facilitate your purchase:

  • Credit or debit card
  • PayPal

 

Here are the conditions for each form of payment.


 Credit or debit card

Payment by credit or debit card is made through a secure payment gateway. Through this payment method ,  Alisima  never collects or handles any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly so that  Alisima always offers the greatest level of security, transparency and confidentiality in the transaction.

The cards that the payment gateway currently supports are  Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.  If you have any questions, contact us and we will assist you.


 Paypal

If you make the payment with your PayPal account.  Alisima  never collects or handles any bank information. All data is processed directly by Paypal, so that  Alisima  always offers the greatest level of transparency, security and confidentiality in the transaction.

5) Shipping conditions.

Shipments will be made to the USA. to our deliveries. The product is delivered from our warehouses in the USA with an expected delivery time of 5 to 7 days.

Due to the global pandemic, there may be delays to our delivery schedule outside of our control

In some cases if there are issues with availability of the product (stock disruption), our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available. 

 

6) Price policy.

Prices are expressed in US Dollars, and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event that there is a manifest error in setting the price that appears on the product sheet, the price established for said product will prevail in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error.


7) Returns.

At  Alisima  we hope that you are satisfied with your order. Therefore, we provide you with various methods to return an item that may not meet your needs or expectations. Possible cases of return or withdrawal are as follows:

  1. The product is wrong, has a defect or has been damaged during transport:

We pay great attention to ensure that all our items and shipments are in perfect condition. However, if you receive an erroneous or defective article, please contact us immediately at support@alisima.com. Before opening the product, verify that the packaging matches the one you have requested. 

If the product has been damaged during transport, it is essential that you notify us  within 14 days  after you receive the merchandise and that you note the incident on the delivery note of the carrier.

Products must be returned in such a way that they are protected, including them in a protective box or bag.  If you wish to return the merchandise with a transport company other than the one proposed by  Alisima , and the selected transport company offers higher rates, you must pay the difference in the cost of transport.

  1. Withdrawal:

We don't want you to keep anything you don't like, so you can return an item if it doesn't meet your expectations. Therefore, according to the provisions of the Consumer Law, you have the Right of Withdrawal, by virtue of which you can return the product.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal will have to be carried out within a  maximum period of 14 calendar days  from its receipt. You must notify us, by email support@alisima.com, of your decision to withdraw from the purchase made.

In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and retain the original packaging, as well as all of the component parts. 

The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been verified, through the same payment method used in the purchase and, in any case, in a maximum of 14 calendar days from the  receipt of the withdrawal request, as long as it is  Alisima  who manages the collection of the item. In the event that you return the item through a transport company of your choice, the period of 14 days will begin to count from the time  Alisima  has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from the reception of the same.

The return costs derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be borne by the buyer.

 8) Guarantees

In the event that you receive a defective product, we have various options, which include, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. All these options will be free for the consumer and user.

Please bear in mind that crystals are a natural product and will vary in shape, size, markings and color.  

We will respond to any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Unless proven otherwise, the products will be understood to be in conformity with the contract as long as they meet all the requirements expressed below:

  1. a) They conform to the description made and possess the qualities of the product that we have presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
  2. b) Are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily destined.
  3. c) Present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.


9) Conflict resolution

As required by the new European regulations, we inform users of the existence of a European dispute resolution platform for online contracting. Thus, for the resolution of consumer disputes (pursuant to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013), the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform that is available at the following link: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show&lng=ES
